You have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Before returning, please contact us by email shop@enhats.com for further instructions. Returning product must be unused, fully labelled and within the original package. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return and verify the state of the returned goods, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
